A welfare-to-work program which assists employers in locating and training workers. Services include a job match and screening program; a subsidized employment program which provides employers a six-month monthly subsidy to help offset employee training costs; customized training programs; a LEARN program which permits a company to audition a job seeker while they remain on public assistance; and tax credit programs.
