The Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District provides informational materials, activity guides, and hands-on educational programs for students of all ages. All programs promote the theme of "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" and are free for Cuyahoga County schools, clubs, youth groups and adult organizations. Click here to be added to the mailing list.

 

	School Recycling Information Learn about recycling, its benefits, fundraisers, and how to "Green Your School".
	Classroom Presentations The District’s Education Specialist can come into your classroom to teach about the environment. Presentations are designed to meet science indicators and may also integrate social studies, mathematics and language arts.
	Recycling and Related Environmental Science Indicators Learn more about recycling through the environment from kindergarten through high school levels.
	School Assemblies Each year the Solid Waste District sponsors performances for school assemblies. Shows are interactive, exciting, educational and raise awareness of recycling.
